A Whole New Day

New dayDon't look back, you can't change yesterday. Fretting about it will only cause stress and give you ulcers. Start each day by looking forward. Learn from your past, but don't dwell.
I'm moving forward, learning to take care of myself, and to love more fully the people around me.
I'm so thankful for my incredible husband who works hard, can fix nearly anything, and loves me in spite of me. We own a restaurant that is successful, and allows us to live the life we do, and enjoy some finer things in life. I've been lucky to own and profit from several entrepreneurial ventures, such as an online greeting card store, a designer glass bead business, and a jewelry manufacturing business. Life has been so good to me. I'm a very lucky girl.
And now I'm a writer! I get to tell stories for a living! I will be moving to Texas soon, and pursuing writing as my sole source of income, and it is the best reincarnation of myself yet. My horses are going to be on lush coastal grass, and the barrel races and other equine events are what I'll look forward to every day.
The transition has already started, and I'm so grateful to everyone in my life who had helped me get to this point in my life. By the end of 2015 my life will be in Texas, riding and writing, and who knows what else it will bring. I do know this, it will all be great.
