Motivational Monday - Weight Watchers Starts NOW!

Yep, the program officially starts today. I walked 3 miles on the treadmill last night, and did an upper body weight lifting workout yesterday to prepare myself for a new routine.
The new routine is about more than just Weight Watchers and exercise. It's about getting my life in order, and paring down on more than just food.
I may be offering tips to get more done in less time as we head into 2014. I'll be letting you know what works and what doesn't, and how I did with what I tried.
I'm working on a blog posting routine too. Short blog posts about specific topics. I'll be picking a topic for 4 days of the week. You'll be able to find the topic schedule on the links at the top of the blog page.
