So I found this great site, which is very Weight Watchers like. And it's FREE. They cater to every type of dieter. And most important, they have jazzy little phone apps.

Now for Monday's Goals: Last week I was bad, bad, bad! It was my birthday week, which is no excuse. I was great about almost everything, and instead of cutting off 2 bites, I tended to cut my food in half and share with my employees. They loved it, FREE FOOD. lol
I'm starting over with last weeks goals again. Not adding any this week, as my life is on a different schedule for the next 3 months.
