Attach a Ball to the Back of Your Shirt to Prevent Snoring
There are so many remedies for snoring, with medications, therapeutic techniques, and crazy contraptions. But an easy way to prevent snoring is to attach a ball to your night shirt, t-shirt, or pajamas (whatever your wear, and I don't want to know that you don't wear anything, thanks).
A tennis ball, or a rubber squishy ball is best because it isn't extremely hard like a baseball. You can tape or stitch it into your sleepwear, and the lump will prevent you from sleeping on your back.
When you sleep on your stomach or side, your airways are less obstructed, and therefore you can breath with little or no snoring.
